FITNESS

Stand Up Paddling is a full-body fitness program that strengthens, tones and melts the pounds. Paddling challenges the whole body from head to toe. Special exercises and specific paddling techniques target individual areas. Aerobic training in the low pulse area promotes stamina and fat metabolism.

MOVEMENT

Exercise is important for health and is often neglected in our modern lifestyle. Regular exercise prevents many later discomforts, reduces stress and leads to increased well-being.
