Stand up paddling promotes balance, trains your entire body and promotes circulation. Stand up paddling is the perfect, joint-friendly full-body workout in the fresh air and on the water. VITALITY is designed for people aged 55 and older. Regular training counteracts muscle breakdown, tendons and fascia are mobilized, and coordination and balance are trained. Everyday falls and weak muscles are the most common causes of accidents in late adulthood. VITALITY helps to prevent this, and offers a fun and effective type of training into old age.

INVIGORATING

Stand up paddling gently invigorates the whole body. The muscles of the feet and legs work for stabilization, and the muscles of the torso and upper body provide propulsion and help maintain balance. Depending on the paddling technique and exercises, the focus can be placed on different areas of the body.

STRENGTHENS TENDONS AND LIGAMENTS

Stand up paddling strengthens the entire musculoskeletal system. The whole fascial system including tendons and ligaments is mobilized and stretched by the continuous movement and activation, which promotes mobility.

GOOD FOR COORDINATION

Stand up paddling stimulates coordination in a playful way. The left and right hemispheres of the brain interact together and harmonize the movements.
